PC System Sales + PC Spares (Components and peripherals, Hard disks, Memory, Printers etc.): We sell a number of computer related items at VERY competitive prices, so much so, that we also sell to the trade (we already have many small independent PC support customers).

Workshop PC Repairs and associated Services: Computer Service, Galway: Our workshop services are top-notch, in that we carry out a number of services to sort out pc problems, as well as advice on a number of preventative maintenance issues which we believe are essential (for example we advise on the best way to keep out intrusive threats such as viruses and spyware, as well as security maximization (i.e. keeping out hackers). We provide workshop service from as little as €25, but our average bill is around €100 (excluding parts).

CCA’s (Customer Care Agreements, previously known as Maintenance Contracts): We have a facility to set up an ongoing business relationship with our customer, through a CCA. This can be mutually beneficial, by providing our customers with assured IT services, while we are guaranteed regular business. Remote automatic backup solution: Remote backup is a critical element of most forward thinking companies today, as it can now be performed using low-cost broadband solutions, so what had previously been in the domain of large corporations, who have been remotely backing up their systems for many years now, can also be carried out for the smarter smaller companies.

Data Security and Recovery Services: We have in-house facilities for the safe recovery of important data from various media, including Hard disks, floppy disk, CD/DVD Media, Memory Cartridges (used in Digital Cameras, phones etc.). We are also official agents for the Ontrack, a world leader in computer data recovery. In addition we provide safe disposal of EOL products, so that your data will never be compromised (includes secure data removal services).
