  • 24/24 - 365/365 Emergency Telephone Number, where you can ask for urgent help (depend on the location - within 30Km we will typically be in place within 1hour with success rate of repair in place in excess of 90%)
  • Once a month we go to your IT infrastructure and check the health of all your IT equipment (Server, Client PCs, Printers etc.)
  • Once a week we login remotely to your Servers and client PCs to check if all run correctly
  • Access to our reserved pricelist for IT equipment, with exclusive offers at factory pricing just for your company
  • Domain registration, website creation included
  • XL BackupStation at discounted price (50%)
  • 2 Emergency fixes (1 every 6 Months)
  • 12 Inplace fixes (1 per Month)
  • 48 Remote accesses (1 per Week)
With the contract, all spare parts are provided at factory pricing!

This service implies a contract, usually the pricing is per PC/Servers, here you have an example of an usual small sized office and pricing:

1 Server (Windows 2003 Small Business Server with Exchange)

8 Clients PCs (Windows XP / Vista)

Entire network infrastructure (Switch, Router, Firewall, NAS, XL BackupStation)

The charge for all this services is only of 1'500E/Month including VAT

There can be an overcharge of max 20% depend of the location of your business, usally at this price we cover 150Km far from Galway City.
