XL Homecare

Many home users we have spoken with, have become discouraged about spending money on computer services, particularly when they find that, after having a computer service, they again have problems with their computer because of a new virus, spyware or some such malicious attack. By constantly spending money on resolving issues with viruses, trojans, adware etc.  is NOT the way, we feel that gives you peace of mind when using your computer on the Internet.

XL Homecare, is a new and revolutionary option that will help you limit (often eliminate) any extra spending you may have on keeping your computer running trouble free, and in addition keeping your system files up-to-date.

XL Homecare basic:

For just over €4/week (That's €18/mth, or €210/yr) we provide a complete remote service for your PC, which includes the following as standard:

• You call us up anytime during office hours, and we will log into your PC remotely and resolve any problems you may have *

• We also inlcude 2 standard routine checks /yr built in (this is free of charge where the total calls including these 2 are 12 or less).
  

* This includes up to 12 instances /year, and each instance is then charged at €50/instance after that (an instance is ONE issue, may be dealt with in 1 call or more, but one issue that is allowed for, until dealt with). Call us or email us now to sign up on 091 770078 (or support AT: xlcomp.com)

XL Homecare standard:

For just over €11.50/week (Tht's €50/mth, or €600/yr) we provide a complete remote service for your PC, which includes the following as standard:

• You call us up anytime between 8am and 12midnight, and we will log into your PC remotely and resolve any problems you may have *

• We also inlcude 2 standard routine checks /yr built in (this is free of charge where the total calls including these 2 are 12 or less).

• Up to 4 On-site service calls are included in this contract (completely FREE of charge)

• ALL Computer equipment and Spare parts at sold to you at TRADE PRICES (we will refund the differnece if you can get a better price!!!) Service charges, where incurred, are extra.
  

Please note that only the equipment specified to us at the begining of the contract is covered under these contacts, and that any additional services (i.e. Any computer equipment not listed in the contract) is charged for separately, but with agreement, can be brought in under the same contract.
